Our very first field trip was when we went to Bois ‘D arc to do some canoing , a little hike, and my favorite the geography. The first thing we did was split into 3 groups, the first group went on the hike. Luckily we didn’t have to walk all the way to the big building. In the building we watched a video about wood ducks. We went to the hiking trail right after we watched the video. When we were on the hiking trail we had to put are arms up so are arms wouldn’t get all scratched. When we got to the pond where the wood ducks were, it smelt bad. Mean while the second group was canoeing. We know how because we learned the day before how to canoe, so we were pretty good at it. We had to be really careful not to hit the fake ducks that were in the pond that we canoeing in. The last group was doing geography. They were teaching how to use the cameras. They taught us how to take pictures of moving objects. After every body got a turn with all three groups. We ate lunch and was head back to school.
