I would say we were about halfway through the trail when the coyote ran past us. The trail isn’t very long. I would say a little over a mile. It’s open to the public and would be a great place to take your family.

What part of the trail did we see the coyote on Ms. Ziegler?
Also, how many miles was the trail?
Hi this is Clayton. I think that the Valley Water Mill field trip was fun plus it was an educational experience for both classes.
My favorite part was seeing the coyote less than 10 feet from where we were standing!!!! Wasn’t that cool everybody!
If you liked the trail or did not like the trail Ms. Ziegler explain why or why not. Explain what was your favorite part of the Valley Water Mill trip and why.

I love this post! Nice job ladies! It was great to see so many of the animals we have been studying… and so close! I was personally interested in all the different ecosystems we saw on the trail including a glade, prairie, wetland and upland and bottomland forests. What an awesome way to end the week.
